Why Belonging Before Barriers Exists
Belonging should be where we begin.
Too many people are expected to navigate systems that were never designed with them in mind. They are asked to explain themselves repeatedly, overcome unclear processes and carry the burden of securing their own access.
Belonging Before Barriers exists to help organisations recognise those barriers and replace them with practical, sustainable and inclusive ways of working.
We combine lived experience, operational expertise and neuroaffirming practice to help create services, environments and communities where people can participate, contribute and belong as themselves.
